Then said{(H8799)} the LORD unto me, Go{(H8798)} yet, love{(H8798)} a woman beloved{(H8803)} of her friend, yet an adulteress{(H8764)}, according to the love of the LORD toward the children of Israel, who look{(H8802)} to other gods, and love{(H8802)} flagons of wine.

So I bought{(H8799)} her to me for fifteen{H2568} pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley:

And I said{(H8799)} unto her, Thou shalt abide{(H8799)} for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot{(H8799)}, and thou shalt not be{(H8799)} for another man: so will I also be for thee.

For the children of Israel shall abide{(H8799)} many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:

Afterward shall the children of Israel return{(H8799)}, and seek{(H8765)} the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear{(H8804)} the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.
