These words spake{(G5656)} Jesus, and lifted up{(G5656)} his eyes to heaven, and said{(G5627)}, Father, the hour is come{(G5754)}; glorify{(G5657)} thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify{(G5661)} thee:

As thou hast given{(G5656)} him power over all flesh, that he should give{(G5661)} eternal life to as many as{G846} thou hast given{(G5758)} him.

And this is{(G5748)} life eternal, that they might know{(G5725)} thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent{(G5656)}.

I have glorified{(G5656)} thee on the earth: I have finished{(G5656)} the work which thou gavest{(G5758)} me to do{(G5661)}.

And now, O Father, glorify{(G5657)} thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had{(G5707)} with thee before the world was{(G5750)}.

I have manifested{(G5656)} thy name unto the men which thou gavest{(G5758)} me out of the world: thine they were{(G5713)}, and thou gavest{(G5758)} them me; and they have kept{(G5758)} thy word.

Now they have known{(G5758)} that all things whatsoever thou hast given{(G5758)} me are{(G5748)} of thee.

For I have given{(G5758)} unto them the words which thou gavest{(G5758)} me; and they have received{(G5627)} them, and have known{(G5627)} surely that I came out{(G5627)} from thee, and they have believed{(G5656)} that thou didst send{(G5656)} me.

I pray{(G5719)} for them: I pray{(G5719)} not for the world, but for them which thou hast given{(G5758)} me; for they are{(G5748)} thine.

And all mine are{(G5748)} thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified{(G5769)} in them.

And now I am{(G5748)} no more in the world, but these are{(G5748)} in the world, and I come{(G5736)} to thee. Holy Father, keep{(G5657)} through thine own name those whom thou hast given{(G5758)} me, that they may be{(G5753)} one, as we are.

While I was{(G5713)} with them in the world, I kept{(G5707)} them in thy name: those that thou gavest{(G5758)} me I have kept{(G5656)}, and none of them is lost{(G5639)}, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled{(G5686)}.

And now come I{(G5736)} to thee; and these things I speak{(G5719)} in the world, that they might have{(G5725)} my joy fulfilled{(G5772)} in themselves.

I have given{(G5758)} them thy word; and the world hath hated{(G5656)} them, because they are{(G5748)} not of the world, even as I am{(G5748)} not of the world.

I pray{(G5719)} not that thou shouldest take{(G5661)} them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep{(G5661)} them from the evil.

They are{(G5748)} not of the world, even as I am{(G5748)} not of the world.

Sanctify{(G5657)} them through thy truth: thy word is{(G5748)} truth.

As thou hast sent{(G5656)} me into the world, even so have I also sent{(G5656)} them into the world.

And for their sakes I sanctify{(G5719)} myself, that they also might{(G5753)} be sanctified{(G5772)} through the truth.

Neither{G3756} pray I{(G5719)} for these alone, but for them also which shall believe{(G5694)} on me through their word;

That they all may be{(G5753)} one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be{(G5753)} one in us: that the world may believe{(G5661)} that thou hast sent{(G5656)} me.

And the glory which thou gavest{(G5758)} me I have given{(G5758)} them; that they may be{(G5753)} one, even as we are{(G5748)} one:

I in them, and thou in me, that they may be{(G5753)} made perfect{(G5772)} in one; and that the world may know{(G5725)} that thou hast sent{(G5656)} me, and hast loved{(G5656)} them, as thou hast loved{(G5656)} me.

Father, I will{(G5719)} that they also, whom thou hast given{(G5758)} me, be{(G5753)} with me where I am{(G5748)}; that they may behold{(G5725)} my glory, which thou hast given{(G5656)} me: for thou lovedst{(G5656)} me before the foundation of the world.

{G2532} O righteous Father, the world hath not known{(G5627)} thee: but I have known{(G5627)} thee, and these have known{(G5627)} that thou hast sent{(G5656)} me.

And I have declared{(G5656)} unto them thy name, and will declare{(G5692)} it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved{(G5656)} me may be{(G5753)} in them, and I in them.
