A Psalm of David, when he changed{(H8763)} his behaviour before Abimelech; who drove him away{(H8762)}, and he departed{(H8799)}. I will bless{(H8762)} the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

My soul shall make her boast{(H8691)} in the LORD: the humble shall hear{(H8799)} thereof, and be glad{(H8799)}.

O magnify{(H8761)} the LORD with me, and let us exalt{(H8787)} his name together.

I sought{(H8804)} the LORD, and he heard{(H8804)} me, and delivered{(H8689)} me from all my fears.

They looked{(H8689)} unto him, and were lightened{(H8804)}: and their faces were not ashamed{(H8799)}.

This poor man cried{(H8804)}, and the LORD heard{(H8804)} him, and saved{(H8689)} him out of all his troubles.

The angel of the LORD encampeth{(H8802)} round about them that fear him, and delivereth{(H8762)} them.

O taste{(H8798)} and see{(H8798)} that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth{(H8799)} in him.

O fear{(H8798)} the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

The young lions do lack{(H8804)}, and suffer hunger{(H8804)}: but they that seek{(H8802)} the LORD shall not want{(H8799)} any good thing.

Come{(H8798)}, ye children, hearken{(H8798)} unto me: I will teach{(H8762)} you the fear of the LORD.

What man is he that desireth life, and loveth{(H8802)} many days, that he may see{(H8800)} good?

Keep{(H8798)} thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking{(H8763)} guile.

Depart{(H8798)} from evil, and do{(H8798)} good; seek{(H8761)} peace, and pursue{(H8798)} it.

The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

The face of the LORD is against them that do{(H8802)} evil, to cut off{(H8687)} the remembrance of them from the earth.

The righteous cry{(H8804)}, and the LORD heareth{(H8804)}, and delivereth{(H8689)} them out of all their troubles.

The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken{(H8737)} heart; and saveth{(H8686)} such as be of a contrite spirit.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth{(H8686)} him out of them all.

He keepeth{(H8802)} all his bones: not one of them is broken{(H8738)}.

Evil shall slay{(H8787)} the wicked: and they that hate{(H8802)} the righteous shall be desolate{(H8799)}.
22
The LORD redeemeth{(H8802)} the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust{(H8802)} in him shall be desolate{(H8799)}.
