Revelation 21

KJV with Strongs (1611 / 1769)

Strong's Interlinear
1
And I saw{(G5627)} a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away{(G5627)}; and there was{(G5748)} no more sea.
2
And I John saw{(G5627)} the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down{(G5723)} from God out of heaven, prepared{(G5772)} as a bride adorned{(G5772)} for her husband.
3
And I heard{(G5656)} a great voice out of heaven saying{(G5723)}, Behold{(G5628)}, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell{(G5692)} with them, and they shall be{(G5704)} his people, and God himself shall be{(G5704)} with them, and be their God.
4
And God shall wipe away{(G5692)} all tears from their eyes; and there shall be{(G5704)} no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither{G3756} shall there be{(G5704)} any more pain: for the former things are passed away{(G5627)}.
5
And he that sat{(G5740)} upon the throne said{(G5627)}, Behold{(G5628)}, I make{(G5719)} all things new. And he said{(G5719)} unto me, Write{(G5657)}: for these words are{(G5748)} true and faithful.
6
And he said{(G5627)} unto me, It is done{(G5754)}. I am{(G5748)} Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give{(G5692)} unto him that is athirst{(G5723)} of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7
He that overcometh{(G5723)} shall inherit{(G5692)} all things; and I will be{(G5704)} his God, and he shall be{(G5704)} my son.
8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable{(G5772)}, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth{(G5746)} with fire and brimstone: which is{(G5748)} the second death.
9
And there came{(G5627)} unto me one of the seven angels which had{(G5723)} the seven vials full{(G5723)} of the seven last plagues, and talked{(G5656)} with me, saying{(G5723)}, Come hither{(G5773)}, I will shew{(G5692)} thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10
And he carried me away{(G5656)} in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed{(G5656)} me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending{(G5723)} out of heaven from God,
11
Having{(G5723)} the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal{(G5723)};
12
And had{(G5723)} a wall great and high, and had{(G5723)} twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon{(G5772)}, which are{(G5748)} the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13
On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14
And the wall of the city had{(G5723)} twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15
And he that talked{(G5723)} with me had{(G5707)} a golden reed to measure{(G5661)} the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16
And the city lieth{(G5736)} foursquare, and the length{G846} is{(G5748)} as large as{G2532} the breadth: and he measured{(G5656)} the city with the reed{G1909}, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are{(G5748)} equal.
17
And he measured{(G5656)} the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is{(G5748)}, of the angel.
18
And the building of the wall of it was{(G5713)} of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19
And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with{(G5772)} all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20
The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every{G303} several gate was{(G5713)} of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22
And I saw{(G5627)} no temple therein{G846}: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are{(G5748)} the temple of it.
23
And the city had{(G5719)} no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine{(G5725)} in it: for the glory of God did lighten{(G5656)} it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24
And the nations of them which are saved{(G5746)} shall walk{(G5692)} in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring{(G5719)} their glory and honour into it.
25
And the gates of it shall not be shut{(G5686)} at all by day: for there shall be{(G5704)} no night there.
26
And they shall bring{(G5692)} the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27
And there shall in no wise enter{(G5632)} into it any thing that defileth{(G5723)}, neither whatsoever worketh{(G5723)} abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written{(G5772)} in the Lamb's book of life.
